Policies & FAQ

Because I am a small business, my policies may differ from larger retail stores. Please take a moment to review this info, and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

  • Customers may exchange an item for one of equal value, or of greater value with the difference paid. No store credit will be given (I just can’t keep up with that.) All jewelry that is exchanged must be unworn. Please reach out to me or stop by the studio within 14 days of purchasing/receiving the item you’d like to exchange.

  • Accidents happen! If something happens to your jewelry, I’m happy to take a look and see if it can be repaired. Please email me with a description of the damage and, if possible, include photos. Repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis and a reasonable repair fee may apply. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on repair orders.

    Resizing a ring can be a lot of work and I do not normally do that. I also do not have some of the equipment needed to resize. In some cases, I am able to resize (usually on rings without stones.)

    Please note that I will only repair jewelry that I have made.

    Repair fees vary based on the piece.

  • I do my best to ship as soon as possible, at the latest 2-3 business days after payment is received (unless noted otherwise).  

    All purchases will ship via UPS, USPS First Class, Priority Mail, First Class International Mail.  Shipping is calculated at checkout. If you need something faster, please reach out.

  • I always supply plastic earring backs with orders and encourage using them; but in the case that you have lost one of your earrings, please reach out. Depending on the style and stone used, I may be able to remake the missing earring for you for half the current price of the earrings.

    ‍My studio is located on the River Walk in Downtown Greenville, nestled between the O’Cha Tea Bar and Hall’s Chophouse’s patio. The address can be a little confusing as I am not actually located on River St.

    Caro Designs Studio - 300 River St. #109 Greenville, SC 29601.

    Street parking is available or the Embassy Suites parking garage is nearby (entrance is off of River St.)

    Hours are Tuesday - Saturday 11am-5pm
    *Please note that as a parent, sometimes things come up with my boys and I may not be able to make it on time or may have to leave early.
